About Excel Real Estate Experts
Maple Valley’s Most Trusted Real Estate Team — Born and Raised Right Here.
Jeremy Mellick — This Is Home
Jeremy Mellick did not move to Maple Valley to sell real estate. He grew up here. He graduated from Tahoma High School. He raised his family here. When he founded Excel Real Estate Experts over 23 years ago, it was not a business decision — it was a commitment to the community he has always called home.
That matters more than most people realize. When you work with Jeremy’s team, you are working with people who know which streets flood in November, which neighborhoods are within the Tahoma School District boundary, and which local businesses have been here for decades. You cannot learn that from a map. You have to live it.
Today, Jeremy leads a team of four agents and manages several other businesses in the region. The day-to-day listing operations are led by Melissa Samsell, Excel’s Executive Listing Specialist — a 23+ year veteran who has personally guided hundreds of Maple Valley families through the selling process.
